More seating in the Long Beach office reception area
Because Dr. Billips is so popular I wish that the waiting room was a bit larger. Sometimes there are no available seats while you wait to see the doctor.

Offer fast appointments and slower appointments
Sometimes I want to just get in on time and out of my appointment, but other times I want to spend more time with the doctor. Because the doctor is so nice and patient I can see how the extra time she spends with me could make wait times longer. Maybe if you had a fast appointment and a different appointment when patients want to spend more time with the doctor.

Inform patients how long the wait will be
Inform pts how long of a wait it will be when they arrive, just so they know what they are in for. Also, be sure to inform pts about the parking situation/expensive parking in the garage downstairs and no validation.

Add magazines in the reception area
Although my wait time was short, it would be nice to have magazines available in the waiting area.

Provide more choices on the patient satisfaction survey
More choices; "Outstanding" and "Needs Improvement" are insufficient - though my experience was great as always

Provide cost of different prescribed medications
If would have been nice to know when given the different options of medication what the potential cost would be. I ended up choosing the milder option of using Renova but my insurance doesn't cover it as it's considered cosmetic and it cost me $219 at the pharmacy.

Send a text or email if appts are running late
Perhaps a text or email noting if the doctor is on time or if appts are running 15 or 30 minutes late.

Follow up appointment form could be easier
Your follow-up appointment form is needlessly complicated and time-consuming.

Turn up the heat in the Long Beach exam rooms
The examination room was very chilly and I was in a gown, so the wait was especially long because I was cold. Either you could reduce the waiting times or maybe turn up the heat! :)
